- Register for TAP Core + chosen 2-Day Track.

6–12 Months
- Build a master résumé; target versions for roles.
- Book SHPE/SHA & dental; line up family needs.
- Apply broadly; hit hiring events & AJCs.
4–6 Months
- HHG/relocation; legal docs & will; terminal leave vs sell-back.
- Polish LinkedIn; practice interviews.
3 Months
- BDD disability claim window (90–180 days).
- Confirm TAMP/CHCBP; review VGLI.
- Finish Capstone & CRS; verify ITP is complete.
≤ 90 Days
- Capstone complete; job/school offers in hand.
- Update VA, milConnect & forwarding address.
- Collect certified copies of DD214.
Day of Separation → +365
- Enroll in VA health; confirm benefits active.
- Stay engaged on LinkedIn; keep networking.
- Use Military OneSource support (first 365 days).
