Tier Benchmarks & Program Length Guide

Tier 1 — Fully prepared (CRS met, job/school secured). Often fits a 3-Day Core or 5-Day Intensive for confirmation and documentation.
Tier 2 — Moderate needs (some CRS gaps). 5-Day Intensive is typical; may add targeted tracks (Education, Vocational, Entrepreneurship).
Tier 3 — Highest needs (significant CRS gaps). Consider 1-Month Cohort pacing + early, frequent check-ins and track customization.

Note: Actual scheduling depends on classroom availability, lead time before separation, and command support. We’ll coordinate with your CCC.

• PSC: Pre-Separation counseling and documentation, rights/benefits overview.
• My Transition (Core): ITP, translating skills, networking, interviewing.
• Financial Planning: Budget, benefits, insurance, taxes, retirement moves.
• MOCC (Employment): Resume, LinkedIn, labor market alignment, mock interviews.
• My Education: GI Bill planning, admissions, credits, FAFSA, timelines.
• Vocational: Licensure, apprenticeships, fast-track certifications.
• Entrepreneurship: Boots to Business, business planning, SBA resources.
• Capstone: Final CRS/ITP validation; CCC and TAP sign-off.
